Domestic orders over $65 ship free.
All other orders use courier calculated shipping based on weight for postage options.
Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours, regardless of the postage selected. Expedited shipping effects only the package's time in transit, and does not impact the 24 - 48 hours needed to fulfill the order.
If we encounter any delays fulfilling your order, or if a product is back ordered, we will notify you via the email address or telephone number provided.
You have 21 days to make a return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Certain brands, like Moon Juice and Common Good, are ineligible for return.
Unopened, unused product will be eligible for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging and condition.
Our system processes refunds within 24 - 48 hours, but banks and credit card companies can take up to 10 days to post returned funds. If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company or bank first. If it has been more than 10 days and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Used or Opened product is eligible for exchange or store credit only.
If your product was damaged, we will exchange the item for a non-damaged unit. If we are unable to offer a replacement, we will issue a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason, including excessive returns or abuse of the return policy.
Returns by Mail
Items being returned by mail require pre-approval. Items returned to the store without pre-approval will not be accepted and will not be returned.
The cost of shipping is not eligible for refund or store credit. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with making a return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your refund (for unused product) or store credit (for used product).
All sale items are final sale. Products purchased during a sale or using a discount code are ineligible for return.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged or defective product, send us an email at email@example.com.
Once received pre-approval, return your product to Fig & Flower, 636 N. Highland Ave NE, Atlanta, Georgia 30306.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless an item is defective.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The customer is responsible for any lost shipments being returned to the store.
